Silvia Orioli holds a PhD in Diplomacy and International Cooperation from University for Foreigners of Perugia. Her research focuses on cooperation with Africa in the field of energy transition. Alongside her academic research, she works as a project manager at several Italian universities. She edited this volume in her role as project manager of the TRANSIT project.
